The Vietnam-CDC-Harvard Medical School AIDS Partnership had been running for a couple of years when it became apparent that the initiative needed a web presence to better present its work and projects to the public. Built around a Rockettheme template formed the basis a highly customized Joomla site went live in the beginning of 2007.

One of the key challenges was creating a fully bi-lingual site with all content and all functionality available in Vietnamese. A modified Joomfish compontent was key in accomplishing that goal.
