I've been doing commercial photography since the early 90's, working mostly as a freelance photographer for various magazines and press agencies. On occasion I've had the opportunity to file my own stories as photo essays. A subset of shots can be found below, and more of my archive can be found at smugmug. 

Yes, I've done weddings, but no, I don't do weddings any more. Yes, I've done pack shots, and, no, I don't do that, either. I will cover your event, I will document your business or organization, I will provide images for your news story, your press release, your annual report, your grant application, your newsletter, and your online presence. I will get the exact shot you're looking for, or work independently to get the best angle on a story outline.

I will work as a team player with editors, journalists and other photograhers, or work on my own to get you both the images and the copy that make the images work well in an editorial context.
