My Imaginary Friend is Waay Better Than Yours

ValarieHodges173bPoor, ignorant Republican biblethumper has a sad... Discovering that, gosh, her preferred fairy tale isn't the only one out there, Valarie Hodges from Louisiana would like to discriminate all the same in the name of her "religious freedom." As Inigo Montoya would say: "You keep using that term.  I do not think it means what you think it means."

It's oddly refreshing to hear an Xtian state it so blatantly: now we have had confirmation once again that when Valerie and her pious friends talk about more tolerance and respect for religion, what they really want is Christian hegemony over all aspects of life. Specifically, they would like to see tax-payer dollars (paid to the secular government of a secular nation) spent perpetuating their own myths and delusions, but not the random myths and delusions of other Americans. Here's a thought, Valarie: how about you pay for your church and your Xtian schools, and let the muslims do the same with theirs. Keep the rest of us out of it -- we want nothing to do with either of your delusional fantasies.
